Post Natal Care - At Home

Post-Partum: a transformative time…

The postpartum is a time of profound transformation: physical, psychological, and emotional.

The goal of home postnatal care is to support, help, and encourage mothers, parents, and families through this transformative phase, which can be full of unexpected changes.

Through postnatal care, I wish to help parents navigate this phase with greater serenity and confidence.

The challenges will be there, but I hope to offer a dedicated space, to face them together.

"With their baby, parents step into parenthood… embracing its joys, as well as its uncertainties."

Why seek support?

A man with brown curly hair and a beard kissing a baby on the forehead while lying on a bed.
A bearded man holding a sleeping newborn baby close to his chest, with the man's face gently resting near the baby's head.
A new mother and father smiling and looking at their newborn baby wrapped in a star-patterned blanket, standing by a window with a world map wall hanging in the background.

Even surrounded by loved ones,
parents often need a space where they are truly heard.
Postnatal support offers exactly that:
a caring, non-judgmental, fully confidential presence
dedicated to YOU.

We are not meant to go through the postpartum period alone. With the right support, this intense chapter becomes more serene, more balanced, and more nurturing—for you, your partner, and your baby.

In the early weeks, emotional and practical support are inseparable. While recovering physically and caring for a newborn, even simple tasks can feel overwhelming. Having someone to help with daily logistics creates space to breathe, feel, and reconnect—far from “small gestures,” this support make a fundamental difference to your wellbeing.

How postnatal support works

  • Initial phone consultation — We discuss your needs and your family’s specific circumstances so support can be tailored to what matters most.

  • Choice of package — You select the number of hours and weeks that best fit your situation.

  • Optional prenatal meeting — A powerful way to prepare for postpartum, explore your expectations, and establish the support you want after birth.

And of course, nothing is fixed. Once your baby arrives, needs evolve—and your support evolves with them.

As part of my support services, I will strive to be as flexible as possible with visits to best address any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during this postpartum period.
Visits can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.

Visits are available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. I am also available by message between visits if you have any questions. However, if I receive a high volume of requests, I may suggest moving our next meeting forward to address any difficulties you may be experiencing.
